The Tagliavini Robot Industrial Oven Loader is available in both Easy and Full trim models. Here are the standard features available in the Easy option.
✓ Automated Column Loader

A robotic column loader that can both load and unload with product pickup from either a pre-loading canvas (reserve) or by directly depositing the product onto the loader mat. The loading setter glides in and out of the oven via a motorized gear unit. The loading setter belts are also tensioned and rotate for easier loading and unloading.
✓ Horizontal (Sideways) Movement

The robotic column loader sits on a rail system with wheels.
✓ Vertical (Upwards) Movement

Vertical movement between each deck is motorized and featured an electric locking break for added safety.
✓ Touchscreen Controls

A ten inch touchscreen control with an ability to interface with the oven’s smart controller (up to 10 connections).
✓ Durable Construction

The loader is constructed for enhanced durability. This includes self lubricating bearings, brushless motors, stainless steel enclosures, etc.
The Tagliavini Robot Industrial Oven Loader offers the following available options:

Staging area for the product in queue to be baked. This includes tables, trays, racks and/or conveyors. This system can also be adapted for unloading.
✚ Trolly Systems

Designed to pickup and transport setting tables from more than one level.
✚ Conveyor Systems

Composes of either belt or canvas material, this can help move baked product to other processing areas within you facility.
