Features all 316 stainless steel blender with food grade design, 36 cubic foot rated working capacity (270 gallon), mixer is 30" wide x 78" long x 33" deep, reinforsed heavy duty double ribbon agitator, agitator is chain driven by 20 horsepower baldor motor with falk in line gear reducer @ apx 50 rpm agiator speed, sanitary shaft seals with no tools dismantle, center bottom 4" diameter discharge with manual swing gate valve, existing discharge height is 40". Blender is offered completly rebuilt and externally painted in washable food grade enamel. Blender is shown under construction with completion date of 2/2026
