PLEASE NOTE that this is a tarp that has been used. Tarps may be dirty and have some small tape patches, but should be good and completely useable. These have not been processed by our billboard department other than to grade and measure. Repurposed billboard sign, this tarp is black on one side, advertisement on the other.
