Industrial Hash Processing System - 5000 lbs of Biomass per run

This is an industrial grade hash processing system capable of producing 5000 lbs of biomass in one run. Fully turnkey for large scale hash production.

The system comes with two tanks that are 4500 gallons each. There is a conveyor that places 2500 pounds of flash frozen bud into each tank. The bud is flash frozen via a Nitrogen thermal flash frozen screw system that is also available for sale.

After the biomass is placed into each tank, the bud is then agitated with an agitation motor with a Rushton blade design. Once the material is finished being agitated in each tank, the product is then moved to a vibrating sieve with three different sieve mesh sizes via mining/diaphragm pumps. 

Once the hash product is collected, the tanks are then filled with clean water and flushed into another system to remove any excess biomass. This system is a 220 µm screen to remove excess water, that then moves to a vibrating screw to separate the biomass into smaller pieces that then conveys into an incline screw for further particle reduction. From the incline screw the remaining biomass is then discharged into a press that compresses the material at 120 psi that makes biomass blocks for further extraction.
