USED DOYLE MANUFACTURING 16 TON ROTARY BLENDER/MIXER

The used Doyle Manufacturing 16 Ton Rotary Blender/Mixer is designed for efficient bulk material handling and blending tasks. It features a powerful 60 HP motor and a 102-inch diameter blender drum, ensuring high capacity and effective mixing. The equipment's construction includes a durable blender frame made from 4" x 6" x 1/4 mild steel tubes and a stainless steel head drum, mixer auger, and discharge chute, offering robust and reliable performance.

The blender utilizes a planetary gear reducer for optimal power distribution and features a large mouth capable of accommodating a 36" transfer conveyor, enhancing its material handling capability. It comes equipped with a soft start system for smoother operation and a large cleanout hatch for easy maintenance. The inclusion of a cat walk provides safe access for operators during the unloading of bulk bags. Additionally, the unit was operational at the time of removal.
