USED AMERICAN PULVERIZER 400HP PRE-SHREDDER AND CONVEYOR

This used American Pulverizer 400HP Pre-Shredder and Conveyor is an efficient solution for pre-processing aluminum products, including sheet metal and used beverage cans (UBC). With a feed opening of 75" x 71", it is specifically designed to rip bales into smaller pieces suitable for secondary hammermill feeding. Its low-speed operation ensures minimal production of fines, optimizing product yield.

The unit is relatively new, being only two years old and includes a 60" wide by 80' long Hustler steel beaded pan conveyor, complete with a hood and chute. The system is powered by a 30 HP motor for the conveyor, and it features a 5 HP cooler and a 1 kW heater to maintain optimal operating conditions.
