- Inlet/outlet pressure gauges, sample valves, and flush valve
- IonPRO LX Unit:
- Duplex water softener with brine tank
- 5-micron cartridge filtration
- 75L multi-purpose break tank
- Reverse Osmosis membranes
- Continuous Electro Deionisation (CEDI) module
- Chemically sanitised (automated sanitisation process)
- HMI display for performance monitoring
- UV Disinfection Unit:

**Storage & Distribution:**
- Purified Water Tank:
- 2,000L black polypropylene with conical base
- Hydrophobic air vent filter and antibacterial overflow
- Distribution Loop:
- Variable speed vertical centrifugal pump
- 0.05-micron endotoxin filter
- Hygienic sample valves (before/after UV and on return)
- Calibrated conductivity sensors at:
- Outlet from IonPRO LX
- Distribution loop outlet
- Loop return
- Pipework:
- Default: PVC solvent-welded loop
