NEW TREVISAN DS 600 Ram

The DS600 Ram Series machine with two separate 74 KW (100HP) spindle motors, one for the quill spindle and one for the U-Axis contour head, has all the power and rigidity required for your toughest jobs. The 230mm diameter Ram with 350mm of W-axis stroke, is designed for heavy duty roughing work.

The 600mm U-Axis contour head with 2 tool pocket positions on a 200mm stroke slide, make this machine the perfect size machine to cover a wide range of sizes from small to large turning diameters up to 900mm (35-1/2”).

The contour head has all the functions of a CNC lathe, including constant surface speed, single point threading, and complete contour capabilities. All tools are can be changed from the tool magazine directly into the quill spindle or either of the 2 tool pockets on the contour head.
