This used AMFEC jacketed paddle blender, Model 510, is a heavy-duty industrial mixer designed for high-capacity blending, conditioning, and temperature-controlled processing of bulk materials. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, this unit is well suited for food, chemical, and industrial applications requiring durability, sanitation, and corrosion resistance.
The blender features a steam-heated jacket for precise thermal control and hopper scrapers mounted directly to the mix paddles, ensuring efficient product movement and reduced material buildup. Equipped with (5) top-mounted CO₂ injection ports on each side, the unit supports gas injection or conditioning processes. Mixing power is provided by dual 15 HP drive motors, delivering reliable torque for consistent blending performance.
