This Used GEA Niro A/S Mobile Minor Spray Dryer (Type MM-PSR) is a compact, stainless steel lab-scale spray drying system ideal for R&D, pilot plant work, and small-scale production. Built in 2008, it is capable of evaporating 1 to 7 kilograms (2.2 to 15.4 lbs) of water per hour, using an electrically heated drying chamber. The chamber features an 800mm diameter, 620mm straight side, and 60° coned bottom, with a maximum inlet temperature of 350°C (662°F). It includes a two-fluid bottom-up nozzle atomizer (0.8 mm), cyclone, blower, ladder, filter, and control panel. The air-operated lift-off top enables quick access and cleaning.
