NEW TREVISAN DS 300/70C

The DS300/70C Machining center is the Little Genius with enormous potential.

The smart machine process of this machine combines all the lathe type turning operations with that of a horizontal machining center.

With the capacity to turn up to 350mm (13 ¾”) diameters as well as all the features of a CNC horizontal mill, this machine allows many parts to be machined completely by holding the part stationary and rotating the tools.

All tools are loaded directly from the tool magazine into the 70mm stroke contour head or the milling spindle. The use of standard turning tools to be loaded into the contour head reduces the number of tools required for any job.

The milling spindle also has a built in U-axis driver for small tool changeable contour head to be loaded from the tool magazine as well as angled milling tools if needed.

This DS300/70C machine is truly a little Genius.
