Work includes: Turcite replacement, including scraping, assembly, & alignment of X, Y, & Z axes; Rebuilding of ball screws for Y-axis & Z-axis; Regrind of precision casting surfaces; lube line replacement as necessary; wiper and rubber gasket replacement; replacement of auger bearings and seals; run-out and alignments verified after reassembly.
