Description
This used Yamato Spray Dryer, Model DL-41, is a compact, laboratory-scale spray drying system designed for producing fine granules in the 40–100 micron range. Ideal for R&D, pilot-scale testing, and small-batch production, the DL-41 offers precise control over temperature, airflow, and liquid feed rates.
The unit features a large glass drying chamber (approx. 17-3/4" diameter x 39" high) for clear process visibility, a two-liquid nozzle atomization system with a 0.7 mm orifice, and an integrated cyclone separator with collection jar for efficient powder recovery. With a water evaporation capacity of up to approximately 3,000 ml/hour and an operating temperature range up to 300°C (572°F), this spray dryer is well suited for a wide range of materials and formulations.
