Overview
Description
Developed to produce highly hydrated bread (60-90% water content).
Dough is loaded onto a belt, where is passes through a set of adjustable rotary cutters. The dough is then guillotined to desired length with a straight or angled cut.
The operator manually picks up the dough from the belt after it has been cut to preferred specifications
Great for ciabatta, baguettes, small sandwich breads, rolls, and pointed breads
Manually adjustable rotary cutter with fast carousel changeover
Variable speed-driven guillotine and a variable speed-driven belt
Adjust to a variety of shapes and sizes in seconds
Casters and fold-up extension arms are standard for out-of-the-way storage
