The ABT SF500VD by All Bake Technologies is a new, floor model reversible dough sheeter designed for efficient dough processing. It features a variable drive that allows for customized control over the discharge conveyor belt speed, ensuring precise handling of dough. The infeed conveyor belt has a variable speed range of 1.5 to 18 meters per minute, while the output conveyor operates between 3 to 34 meters per minute, providing flexibility for different dough applications.

Equipped with 60 mm diameter laminating rollers, this sheeter can achieve a roller gap adjustable from 0.2 mm to 35 mm, accommodating various dough thickness requirements. The machine operates on a 220-volt, single-phase, 60 Hz power supply and is powered by a 0.5 kW motor, ensuring reliable performance and energy efficiency.
