Plungers can be ordered with 1, 2, 3, 4 or even 5 holes. How big your finished product will be depends on:

The size (diameter) of the plunger.
The size of the holes in the plunger. 
The number of holes in the plunger. 

Plunger sizes, diameter (inches): 1-1/2, 1-5/8, 1-3/4, 1-7/8, or 2
Plunger sizes, diameter (mm): 38.1, 41.3, 44.5, 47.6 or 50.8
Number of holes in plunger: 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5
Diameter of holes in plunger: ½-1 inch (13-25 mm)
