Description

The 800-gallon carbon steel jacketed mixing tanks offered are a great choice for industrial applications requiring precise mixing. Manufactured by Leybold, these used tanks feature a robust design with dimensions approximately 64 inches in diameter and 60 inches in straight side height, along with a dished bottom for efficient mixing.

Each tank is equipped with a powerful 3 HP flanged mounted Lightnin mixer, model XLC-300-B, incorporating two prop shafts, ensuring effective and consistent mixing. The tanks are built with safety in mind, as the mixers are explosion-proof, making them suitable for use in environments with hazardous materials.

For ease of use, each tank also includes a top manway measuring approximately 23 inches in diameter for convenient access and inspection, along with a 2-inch bottom center discharge for efficient draining of contents. These tanks offer reliable performance for any operation requiring dependable mixing capabilities.
