Duplex N2A Nibbler, 1/2" HP, 1/4" Width of Cut, 5/8" Entry Hole

Nibblers cut a continuous slot, a slug being removed at each stroke and no problems arise in cutting into and across wide and thick sheets. There is no distortion to flat, convex, or concave surfaces. Little physical effort is called for from the Operator. The larger machines are made with narrow and wide punches. The narrow punch machines have a greater capacity/weight ratio, but have limitations in the minimum radii that can be produced. On the other hand, wide punch machines can produce very small radii.
A special feature of duplex nibblers is that punches and dies have been deliberately designed so that they can be reground on a freehand grinding wheel (except Model N2A). Resetting is simple and easy and described in a Handbook which is supplied with each tool. The larger machines are provided with an adjustable oil feed to the punch and workpiece.
