Used Zeppelin / Henschel Model FM1000 stainless steel high intensity mixer. Approximate capacity: 1,000 litre (product dependent). Stainless steel mixing chamber rated atmospheric pressure at 200°C. External mild steel heating / cooling jacket rated 5 bar pressure at 95°C. Unit includes 3-tier mixing attachment bottom driven by 250 kW, 1490 rpm, 280/660 V, 50/60 Hz motor. Has a top-clamped lid. Includes pneumatically operated discharge valve.
