Used Cincinnati model CMT80L-APC conical counter rotating twin screw plastic extruder. Screw length approximately 1,665mm long x 80mm diameter at the discharge. Has adaptor plate that reduces the barrel exit down to 65mm diameter. Barrel is electrically heated and air cooled in 4 zones with air blowers with 0.45kw motors. Unit is driven by 49kw, 415volt, 50hz main motor and gearbox with output 25.5rpm screw speed. Unit has top entry Plasticolor 2200 vibratory feeder with horizontal screw feeder driven by approximately 0.55kw motor. Unit has local controls.
