Overview
Used Battenfeld-Cincinnati model CM55 counter rotating approximately 55mm diameter twin screw extruder. Conical screw design. Barrel is electrically heated and air cooled in three zones with air blowers with 0.20kw motors. Unit is driven by 37 to 49.5kw, 350 to 493 volt, 50.8 to 74.2 hz, 1500 to 2200rpm electric motor with gearbox. Unit has top entry Plasticolor 2500 vibratory feeder with horizontal screw feeder driven by 0.55kw. Unit includes touchscreen controls.
