USED MARSHALL & WILLIAMS 54" Wide

Used Marshall and Williams sheet take-off unit consisting of (3) 54" face rolls mounted in a vertical arrangement for a downstack operation. All three rolls measure 16" in diameter and are ceramic coated. Top and bottom rolls are air actuated. Rolls are driven via silent chain and sprocket by a DC motor through a gearbox. Unit has a three-zone built-onto-frame temperature control system with three pumps, three heaters, and six heat exchangers. Included is an idler roll conveyor between the cooling and polishing stand and pull rolls with razor slitting station. Pull rolls measure 54" face X 8" diameter and are rubber covered. Top roll is air actuated. Pull rolls are driven by a DC motor through a gearbox. Serial #4885. S.O.#27223, MSO #27221.
