USED DAVIS STANDARD 48"

Used Davis Standard sheet take-off unit consisting of (3) 48" face rolls mounted in a vertical arrangement for a downstack operation. All three rolls measure 16" in diameter. Top roll is tungsten and the middle and bottom are chrome. Top and bottom rolls are air actuated. Rolls are driven via silent chain and sprocket by a DC motor through a gearbox. Unit has a 3-zone built-onto-frame temperature control system with three 3 HP pumps, three heaters, and three heat exchangers. Included is an idler roll conveyor between the cooling and polishing stand and pull rolls with razor slitting station. Pull rolls measure 48" face X 8" diameter and are rubber covered.
