Description
1) 36" Wide Expanded Metal Expander, Flattener, and Auxiliary equipment to include: Drive Cabinet with (2) Sensorless Vector Mode Variable Frequency drives and controls to interface, a metal expander. Also Drive controls for servo motors.
DRIVE CONTROL CABINETS
Description:
The drive cabinet consists of a NEMA-12 ventilated, 36"H x 24" W x 16" D, single door freestanding ventilated enclosure with, (1) 7 HP variable frequency drive-AC Motor, and Servo Drives-Motors also with be included.
The cabinet also includes circuit protection (thermal magnetic breaker) for incoming power feed, fuses for drive protection, relays as required, counter with dual preset and totalized switching and (1) programmable logic controller (PLC). The enclosure will be cooled with the1mostatically switched fans.
Local system control will be via an enclosure door mounted Red Lion 10 " touch screen. Operating displays will be user selectable for English or Spanish display. The remote operators' control station will be pedestal mounted and complete with switches for control of the line. The drives will operate at full load up to 50 Deg C ambient temperature and 3000' elevation.
