76.5” Stamco Syncrowind Tension Stand With Rolls & Drive (Used)

The used Syncro Tension Stand by Monarch Stamco is designed for handling various material thicknesses, ranging from a minimum of .015" to a maximum of .135". The roll face measures a substantial 76.5", while the nominal roll diameter is 16". The unit is equipped with two roll sets and features a tooling shaft diameter of 3.375", housed within a J-450 Series Yoke. The base and passline heights stand at 40" and 42", respectively, with a recommended grout thickness of 2". This stand comes complete with a roll tensioning unit, drag board, two tooling shafts, and two sets of rolls.
The included Stamco Drive & Pinion has a 150 HP DC motor capable of speeds from 300 to 1,500 RPM. Manufactured by Nuttall, the drive features a gearbox ratio of 9.81:1. Note that this drive and pinion originate from another Stamco Syncrowind Tension Stand and require alignment adjustments to fit. The original motor and pinion drive are not included in this offering.
Users should verify the gauge capacities, as the original line was tested with materials between .015" and .135". Additionally, alignment considerations are necessary if integrating the included drive and pinion into the system since it is from a different model.
