Overview
Coil Coating Lines

This 74" x .375" x 55,000 lbs. Hydrochloric Push Pull Pickle Line is a used machine designed for processing hot rolled, high-strength, low-alloy (HSLA) steel. It accommodates material with yield strength ranging from 35,000 to 90,000 PSI and a maximum shear strength of 90,000 PSI. The line can handle maximum coil weights of 55,000 lbs. at both the uncoiler and recoiler, with a coil width capacity of 74" and a strip thickness from .045" to .375". The system operates at a maximum line speed of 300 feet per minute (FPM) with an average production capacity of 300 to 500 tons per shift, and a monthly output of up to 25,000 tons.
Key components include a coil loader, heavy-duty air-cooled brakes, hydraulic cropping shear, pre-clean and pre-heat sections, acid tanks, hot water rinse, and oiling systems. The machine requires a 380 V or 460 V electrical supply and air supply of 500 CFM at 100 PSI. It features left-to-right line direction and drying blower air supply of 50,000 CFM. The equipment comes with advanced features like automatic edge control, testing laboratory, and lubrication system.
An optional 5-high corrective cassette-type leveler can enhance the line's capabilities, adjusting material up to .400" thickness at 40" wide. This leveler can operate at speeds up to 400 FPM, with 15 work rolls and a roll face of 84". The unit is robust for high-volume steel processing applications, delivering efficiency and precision.
