This unit's coil I.D. range is adjustable from 23 to 31 inches, with an option to modify to a 20 to 24-inch range using machined wedges. The equipment includes a hydraulically driven and actuated hold-down roll, ensuring secure management of the coil during operation. Its hydraulic feed-up drive enhances performance, making it suitable for continuous industrial use.
Additionally, the uncoiler is equipped with a Wichita water-cooled brake system featuring a tank and heat exchanger, ensuring optimal temperature management.
