5” ERW Tube Mill

This used 5” ERW Tube Mill is manufactured by Birlik Makine and offers robust capabilities for tube production. It is suitable for a variety of materials, including Hot Rolled Coils (HRC), Cold Rolled Coils (CRC), and Galvanized. The mill operates in a right-to-left direction and achieves a maximum speed of 200 feet per minute. Equipped with a high-frequency solid-state welder rated at 402 HP, this mill ensures efficient welding processes.
The mill supports an outer diameter range for round tubes from 1.9 inches to 5 inches. For square tubing, it accommodates sizes from 1.6 inches x 1.6 inches up to 4 inches x 4 inches. Rectangular tubing dimensions start at 2 inches x 1.2 inches and go up to 4.7 inches x 3.2 inches. Material thickness can vary from a minimum of 0.060 inches to a maximum of 0.236 inches, accommodating various production needs.
Key components of this tube mill include a forming section with 4 + 3 form stands, three Turks heads, and four caliber stands powered by drives of 148 HP. Note that the line does not include a flying saw or stowing unit, but it does come with a range of tooling for a variety of tube sizes.
