The slitter heads cut material into desired multiple widths
Entry pinch rolls assist feeding material into the slitter
Side guides assist guiding material into the slitter
Slitter heads feature solid alloy steel arbors riding in precision bearings
Bearings are mounted in heavy-duty housings secured to removeable bases
Removeable bases are locked in place with hydraulic cylinders
Top arbors are adjusted for penetration by cross-coupled, anti-backlash screw jacks
Mechanical readouts display top arbor position
Outboard housings are opened and closed by lead screws driven by hydraulic gear motors
Slitter feed-up motor and gearbox are included
One (1) lot of slitter tooling (knives, spacers and rubbers) is included.
