Used Finckh pressure screen. New 1995. Machine # 313. Type IRS. 40 HP motor. Consisting of (3) body parts - top body; swivel bottom body part; gate for heavy particle discharge. Foil rotor and stainless steel hollow cylinder with cleaning foils welded on in an inclined position. Pressurized. Two stage operation - centrifugal in the bottom and mechanical screening in the top part. Cyclo operation processes unsorted waste paper following a pulper for protection of following machines such as deflakers, refiners and screens. Consistency up to 5%. Screen has holes. 4" inlet and 5.75" outlet.
