Union Special Type 80800C bag stitching line, with stitcher (serial number TG1921848), powered conveyor feed system and Express Scale weighing platform. The sewing head is mounted on an adjustable steel frame with motor drive, pneumatic components, and photo-eye sensors for automated operation. The conveyor feeds product through the sewing station for continuous bag stitching and closing applications. Includes Express Scale Model A1-PB PED, Serial No. 111534, providing in-line weighing capability prior to closure. System appears complete with electrical controls, guarding, and support structure.
