The dual configuration features a 30 HP, 460 VAC, 1750 RPM, 286T frame motor driving both brush sections for consistent throughput and efficient scrubbing action. Brush assemblies are .014" nylon, 5.15" outside diameter, 3/8" lead, left-hand wind, and 69.75" long, providing uniform cleaning and polishing across both chambers. Estimated total capacity is approximately 12,000–16,000 lbs per hour, depending on product and soil load. Includes stainless steel spray manifolds, drain collection, and washdown-ready stainless frame. Well suited for apples, pears, potatoes, carrots, and other root or fruit products requiring sequential cleaning in continuous processing environments.
