Reconditioning
Turret & side head gear boxes will be reconditioned.
Spindle & transmission will be checked.
Oil will be drained, and tanks will be cleaned.
Side head will be removed and check and cleaned.
Chuck jaws will be removed and taken apart and cleaned.
New electric motors and gear boxes for turret rapid traverse left to right
and up and down.
New electric motor for rail elevation and gear box complete with electrics.
New electrics with exception of main breaker.
New cross feed nut and screw.
New bearing in main motor.
New belts
Machine will be cleaned, painted and cycled.
Machine will take 16 to 18 weeks to complete, once the PO is received.
