This machine has been specifically planned for producing wedding rings of different shapes ( half - round, flat etc. ) with the internal diameter fixed in advance. For thi spurpose, we have used, as electronic plant of check, a gear- case (COMPUTER), which is able to control all the ma- chine functions. All this allows to check the internal diameter of the wedding ring, the number of the wanted pieces and the complete working cycle ( including the load and the unload of the pieces ). The machine workings are essentially two : automatic and manual. When you use the machine in the manual working, It is possible to program only one size and it is unprovided of the automatically load cycle of the piece. When you use the machine in the automatically working, it is possible to program more than one size to work and the number of the pieces for each size you want. This cycle is completely controlled from the computer, so that, once you put the information and the pieces in the automatically loader, you do not need the operator. When the working phase is finished, the machine will stop itself.
