Description
Diamond cutting machine Mod. CYBER 1 C.N.C. with 2 (two) in line heads and 11 controlled axes to carry out decorations and diamond milling on flat and convex rings and bangles, in automatic mode. The machine is made up with a strong stabilized structure, one horizontal head with 6-stations automatic tool-change, one vertical head made up with a 2.2KW electro-spindle with max. speed 30.000 rpm and automatic tool-change at rapid clutch with Cone ISO-20 served by a programmable 20 station tool-change magazine. The piece-holder dividing unit articulates on 5 axes. All axes are driven by brushless motors and controlled by SIEMENS-Sinumeric 840 D-SL CNC. It is complete with electric and electronic plant, pre-arranged to be equipped with CAD-CAM programme, control pannel, service spanners and spare belts, CE 2006/42 certification as per standards in force.
