Overview
The MPL automatic machine is suitable for the high-speed production of BALL CHAINS of medium and small size. The machine works with a spool of wire and a spool of plate sheared to a precise width. The machine is completely mechanically operated, it ensures long-lasting efficiency and precision and reduced maintenance costs. By means of two coining stations, the wire and the plate are pressed together to form a single chain of wire and ball elements joined together. The kinematic chain of the machine is designed to optimize operations at high speeds with the utmost noise reduction and precision. Thanks to its dual-fed system, its wide range of diameters and the various types of shapes that can be obtained, the MPL machine is the benchmark for the production of BALL CHAINS worldwide.
