It can be used for refining both metal granules and powders.
Refining plant for gold alloys up to 2kg capacity of input material per batch.
It represents a versatile model of refining unit:
refining alloy by aqua regia with Au min. 65% and Ag max 15% content;
refining low karat alloy by inquartation.
Processing capacity (input material as powders): depending of the volume/specific weight
The Gold Refining Unit is made of the following components:
Polypropylene cabinet with integrated suction system for vapors
Loading tank for acids with tap
Reactor 1 for alloy leaching with heating system for quick and efficient digesting reaction
Reactor 2 for AgCl filtration and Au precipitation
Reactor 3 for Au filtration/effluent discharge
N. 02 Filter Units: one for silver as AgCl and one for pure Gold (AU ≥ 999.5)
N. 01 Automate dosage system for precipitation process
Devices included:
heating system: Oil bath heater for Reactor 1
vacuum pump for liquids transferring
valves panel for flow regulation
pneumatic control board
mechanical stirrer pneumatically activated
electrical control board
AODD discharge pump for effluents
