This machine has been designed for precision casting by lost wax method. The machine is characterized by an induction heating with the PMS (Pulse Mixing System) already present in our other melting machines, SHS (Soft Heating System) and an advanced power management software system to avoid overheating and related declines. A touch screen with user-friendly software where you will control and edit all the necessary parameters. The control program and controls of the machine were developed entirely in our headquarter, taking into consideration all the possible requirements of the end customer. The operator can decide whether to operate the machine in automatic or in manual cycle with which he will have the characterizing parameters on which to intervene. This casting machine is designed using components of high standard, with long testing time and always keeping safety as the priority. Constant checks are made by the PLC through advanced security systems. History and usage data of all parts subject to maintenance or replacement are stored, in order to have a continuous feedback and to remind the user when checking or changing these components. In addition, our assistance and advanced spare management system will reduce to the minimum the halt of furnace.
