2 stage operation:

First stage is 24"X24"X2 wire mesh filter used for stopping chips and large mist droplets.
Second stage is a fiber-glass filter. This pleated style filter stops solid particles or liquid droplets, which then drain to the bottom of the mist collector for disposal or reclamation.

This collector is designed to control water soluble and petroleum based mists generated by wet machining, and helps eliminate in plant moisturization from floating mists that cling to walls, ceilings floors and equipment.
