This innovative continuous casting furnace has been designed to be friendly used by the operator. Moreover, it is convenient because unexpensive, and for the low cost of consumables. It is used by customers working with little quantities of precious metals and/or with various alloys but requiring high quality plates, wires and tubes. Thanks to the little dimensions, it can be easily placed in small laboratories or in reduced space.
Perfect homogeneity of the alloys
Protection of the melting chamber by aluminum casing easily and quickly removable to change the consumables.
Crucible, die and thermocouples quick change for short set-up time.
Double cooling system of the die.
Pulling system with two rollers, stepper motor, manual closing and opening of the rollers.
Quick melting and high speed withdrawal of the profiles.
New medium frequency generators.
Silent working plant.
Control of the working parameters by PLC and touch screen video, self-diagnosing and possible alarms with buzzer.
