Rolling-mill  of  medium  dimensions  suitable  for employments on medium-high production. Basic structure  composite  of  cold  painted  steel  .  The modular  structure  of  the  mill  gives  to  it  stabili- ty  and  zero  vibration.  All  of  the  non-painted parts are made with AISI.
Rollers  are  entirely  realized  with  special  steel and  with  advanced  thermic  treatments,  that give  high  hardness  and  dimensional  stability. Rollers  rotates  on  steel  supports,  with  a  10 mm.  bronze  bearing  hot  mounted  and  centered individually.  The  bronze  grants  durability  and precision  to  the  final  product.  BEI’s  rollers  are insured for life.
All of BEI electric’s mills have a self-lubrication system that maintains bearings always fully oiled . BEI’s mills also don’t need continued maintenance.
