The two groups laminators are mounted on a sturdy and rigid steel base,
thanks to which it is guaranteed the perfect interface aligned even during the
rolling process. groups of rolling cylinders are equipped with stainless steel with
high hardness, fit into the backs of aluminum alloy high strength, the cylinders
rotate on special bushings which do not require lubrication. The lever movement,
in the upper section allows to set the distance between the laminating
cylinders and consequently the thickness of lamination, the displacement performed
can be verified by the graduated disc placed on the toothed wheels of
command, keyed on the feed screws of the cylinders themselves. The rolling
motion is provided by a worm gear motor power of 1.1 kw mounted in a central
position between the two groups of rolling. By means of the inverter mounted
on board of the machine it is possible to adjust the speed of production from 0
to 5.1 meters per minute.
