New GoldPro® Durston DRM F100 Flat 100mm RE Rolling Mill

Durston’s DRM range of rolling mills is our best-selling series of mills. It has proven over the years to be a real workhorse in many jewelers’ workshops and factories. The ‘F’ in DRM F stands for ‘flat’, and this rolling mill has been specifically designed to roll flat metal sheeting exclusively. The mill is manufactured from a single piece of cast iron for maximum strength and rigidity, and a lifetime of rolling. The ‘R’ stands for gear reduction and the mill’s maintenance-free bearings combine with a 4-1 gearbox making each roll more straightforward and consistent. With a flat milling width of 100mm, the rollers are created from hardened steel with a diameter of 50mm. Maximum sheet thickness is 5.5mm. The ‘E’ stands for extensions, and the mill benefits from four side extension half rolls of 4, 3, 2 and 1.5 mm.
