New GoldPro® Durston DRM Round 130mm RE Rolling Mill

Durston is proud to be the only manufacturer of round rolling mills. The DMR Round 130 RE Rolling Mill creates perfect circular wire forms through ten rounded forming grooves. The mill is constructed from one piece of cast iron for maximum rigidity and strength. The bearings are self-lubricating and maintenance-free and fully support the induction hardened rollers. The rolls themselves provide a large flat rolling surface, as well as the ten rounded grooves enabling rolling from 6mm to 1mm round wire. Flat rolling has a maximum thickness of 6mm. Durston’s industry beating 5-1 gearbox makes each turn of the mill effortless and ensures perfect results over a lifetime. The addition of four side extensions provides half rounds in 4, 3, 2 and 1.5 mm. The rolls themselves have a diameter of 60mm.
