Description

Durston is proud to be the only manufacturer of round rolling mills. The DMR Round 150 Rolling Mill creates perfect circular wire forms through ten rounded forming grooves with a roller length of 150mm. The mill is constructed from one piece of cast iron for maximum rigidity and strength. The bearings are self-lubricating and maintenance-free and fully support the induction hardened rollers. The rolls themselves provide a large flat rolling surface, as well as the ten rounded groups enabling rolling from 6mm to 1mm. Flat rolling has a maximum width of 6mm. The rolls themselves have a diameter of 60mm. This mill provides direct drive without a gearbox and does not feature side extensions, which are available through other models within the range
