Panel Board:
Will be equipped with all necessary switches and controls for efficient operation. The panel will be wired and instruments will be tested before leaving our plant.
Cooling System:
Cooling system specially designed pressure less cooling chamber including prevision flow meter control to monitor accurately the cooling and water temperature gauges with micro-processor control to activate the alarm system. Water pressure control is also interfaced with the alarm system.
Withdrawal System:
The withdrawal mechanism is designed with mechanical and hydraulic interface. The motor drive is controlled electronically with processor pulse.
Crucible:
Manufacture from high purity. Graphite is machined to precision tolerance.
Dies:
Casting Dies are precision manufactured from high density graphite.

Heating Element: The heating element is constructed of silicone carbide. The element is designed to provide trouble free life. The element has a unique design the easiest and shortest way to replace. (normal replacement time is 15 min. with Furnace HOT)
Insulation: The furnace chamber contains multiple courses of high quality refractory and thermal efficiency.
Atmosphere Control: Internally the Furnace operates under atmosphere inert gas. This will minimize oxidation of graphite crucible and die.
Heat Zone: Multi Zone heating system for better heat curve accuracy.
