NEW NEW HOLLAND K-24

The New Holland Model K-24 industrial centrifugal dryer, you can thoroughly dry parts in basket loads weighing up to 75 Lbs (34 kg) in as little as 15 seconds. This is obtained from both air-drying and spin-drying at 825 RPM. Heavy-duty 12″ x 12″ (305mm x 305mm) baskets are used to handle the parts.

One person can easily operate the dryer with full efficiency and safety in five square feet of floor space. You can expect years of clean, quiet running operation from your centrifugal dryer with proper installation and regular maintenance.

Optional Soft Start Control provides a smooth, stepless, reduced-voltage acceleration to minimize scarring and scratching of delicate parts. Tailor the initial torque and timing to your operation; then readjust for different parts loads as needed
Safety interlock switches the motor off when the lid is opened
Cover swings in either direction for ample loading clearanc.
Heavy-duty construction of arc-welded steel means years of trouble-free service
Exhaust outlet is conveniently located for direct drain connection or drip pans
Foot brake stops the spinning action quickly
Optional electric or steam heaters may be mounted in the cover
Optional timer provides more control of drying time cycle
Reverse the direction of rotation to remove all moisture from cup-shaped parts
Optional variable speed control (inside control box) lets you control basket rotation from ten rpm up to the rated operating speed
Optional temperature control lets you maintain heat within a controlled range to protect heat-sensitive parts

Rust- and acid-resistant epoxy paint stands up to corrosive rinses and harsh conditions
