Multiple pressing with timer. This device allows having four pressings with
closed die. In this way the material is stretched at different pressures and

Air Blowers (Option)

Frontal air blower for blanks cleaning. It is triggered by a sensor when moving a blank to the blowing zone;
Adjustable air blowers to clean the tool. It is possible to set the length and the position of the blows by HMI.

Quick die change system (Option)
Quick dies change system, designed to reduce timing for clamping the tools to the
table of the press, without any additional fine tuning.

Water heat exchanger
It allows cooling the hydraulic oil with a bundle of copper pipes cooled by the
water.

Temperature device (Option)

Allows a control of the oil temperature.
An electronic device displays the temperature.
Safety limit temperature with warning with a red-light blinking.
