Description

Hobart PD-70 Description

Made of stainless and painted steel, the Hobart PD-70 table model power drive unit withstands intensive use and resists rust, scratches, and dents. It operates at a speed of 700 RPM, which suits it for processing high volumes of vegetables and not cheese. The exterior has a satin finish that provides a smooth surface to release stuck-on food matter and streamline cleaning. Its control switch is a manual, two-pole type and has an integral seal to resist moisture and grime.
