This ConserveWell heated dipper well is a convenient, easy-to-use, and eco-friendly way to store utensils between uses.
Great for food service operations such as ice cream parlors, this unit heats the water to above 140 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping utensils out of the danger zone where bacteria thrive. Simply fill the pans with 3 cups of warm water from the tap, and submerge the utensils after use!
